I’ve been trying to reach out for 2 weeks for them to come check on my roof which was installed in 2018. They never responded so I drove to the business address and the doors was locked with a notice on the door. I have a 10 year warranty so I’m thoroughly confused as to next steps. If you are closing your business for whatever reason, inform your customers. What the heck.
Ruff at Resolution Roofing replaced our entire roof over a year ago. I always wait on writing reviews so that i can make sure there no issue. The roof replacement went very well, they were prompt and provided a timely service. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Due to extensive hail damage we required a new roof installation. Resolution gave us a quality roof that we are very pleased with. Communication was great and the work crew was phenomenal. We would definitely recommend using this company for your roofing needs as they deliver what they promise.
