Resolution Energy Inc. installed a high-efficiency boiler at my house in 2019. The technical discussion of options, detailed but lucid statement of work, accommodation of weather etc. challenges, installation and testing of equipment, and efficient, educational communication during these were all impeccably excellent. Sean has been our go-to guy for years, after we hired him to fix a mess of a boiler install from a company no longer in business. He did a great job of getting our overcomplicated combi boiler working smoothly, and has been back to maintain it several times since. He's also come to the rescue several times for another property when the water heater, boiler and wall unit heater each stopped working. Sean and Dan were so great to work with! They are both so knowledgeable and very patient when explaining things. They were thorough and took their time to get the jobs done properly, and also were easy to communicate with to schedule and showed up on time. They did a few different jobs for us and we are very pleased!
Sean did an incredible job of installing our boiler and integrating all of the components. He was on time, responsive and professional! I highly recommend Resolution Energy!
