Super disappointing. This seemed to be the best roofing company around and we were excited to work with them for some metal roof care and maintenance (screw tightening, power wash, and seal). Great experience with the front facing office person who answered calls. But we could never get call backs. Every time we were promised to receive a call, no one called.
