I would strongly caution anyone considering renting through PURE Property Management of Florida, particularly based on my experience dealing with their Ocala office. The biggest issue throughout my tenancy and move-out process was the lack of communication and professionalism, particularly from Koreen. The communication with the property managers at this company has been terrible since us signing our lease. Communication is KEY. Our requests and questions are nothing crazy but what if they were? The phones always go to voicemail and no one ever calls back. I send multiple emails and rarely get responses. The problems I have always get pushed to other people but then I never hear anything from anyone and end up in the same situation each time- frustrated and reaching out again. Nice, new. I don't particularly like the self-tour although the call center and Leny was very helpful in answering my questions.
