Maurice was very helpful and courteous on the phone he sounds like he's a great asset to the company he asked me numerous times if that's all I needed if I had any other questions or concerns he was very he was very good thank you I would definitely recommend pure property Management to a family or friend
MAURICE was awesome with the whole follow-up calls and move-in process. IM GIVING 5 stars for his service (professional and laid back). The townhome I am renting has some minor imperfections but overall in good condition and definitely can't beat the price and neighborhood which is perfect for our little one. THANKS Maurice for everything!!
Update: still 1 star. These incompetent idiots are still contacting us about the property after a month of moving out. They advise us to let them know when the power is turned back on so they can complete the repairs that they should’ve done while we were still living there. Since moving into our rental last December there have been so many issues including electrical malfunctions that could have put my family in danger… and now MOLD!!!
