If a negative star was available I would tag it. Absolutely the most poorly run medical office I have ever been in. Virtually impossible to talk to someone on the phone and when you can they are, for the most part, incredibly rude and unhelpful. It’s difficult to believe that they are still in business Alan S.

I have been going to Resolute for 9 years in PSL .I have and will always have chronic pain. Depending on which PA or NP you get that day will make it a good or awful appointment, but if you get Taylor Haulk don’t count only ANY support or caring!!!!! They don’t return phone calls or follow through with your pharmacy. Delores at the front desk is the only real friendly one. I literally get sick to my stomach any time I have to deal with them. going to resolute is like going to a legalized drugdealer. they will push the most costly drug at u after u pay to talk to them. i will not go to them again

Resolute was acquired by Sheridan in 2016, this far from corporate, remote office is pathetic. Worst medical office! Avoid it. The office manager, Jennifer Giannotti is incompetent, rude and blames others for her lack of ability. She will cost the patient time, frustration and lack of service. RUN!! Plenty of professional pain management practices exist in the area.

Worst run office of any in Florida. The office manager can't get it together, so blames the corporation, the patients, and whoever else she needs to deflect her own lack of abilities. Don't walk, RUN!! Plenty of pain management practices in Florida that this one cant even begin to hold a candle to.
