I called a little after 1 p.m. to ask if my appointment was in person or via phone. I was in the queue for about 15 minutes, before someone answered. Are you really that busy? I sent a fax to the front office while waiting, because I knew the fax goes to the front office at the Donald Ross location where my appointments are always scheduled. There was no response from the front office.

Fast, friendly and efficient staff! I recommend the office to anyone to manage pain. I’ve just started visiting the office but so far so good.
