At checkin I was told I had to pay $130 deductible. I told her I did not have a deductible. She harshly told me I had to pay it to be seen since her computer said so. I told her for 7 years I've never been asked to pay a deductible. I handed her my supplemental F plan with Gerber and told her to call them. For the next 15 minutes she told me I was WRONG and would not be seen until I paid her $130. I told her someone had made a mistake and I wanted her supervisor. I find Pain Care Florida to be professionally run with friendy service from the receptionist greeting upon arrival, through your appointment with your physician the transition is seamless and timely. Completing the Patient Pre-Check in process before arrival allows the staff to adjust for any medically needed changes prior to your arrival thus expediting the patients care process.
