Excellent, state of the art medical office! Caring, professional and so helpful!
Very disappointed with my experience at Pain Care Florida in Stuart. I waited over a week for my appointment, arranged my schedule, and took time off work to be there. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been canceled and that they had called to notify me. However, I never received a phone call, voicemail, email, or any other communication about the cancellation. After a pretty poor experience elsewhere, I can honestly say Dr. Lavine at PainCare Florida in Stuart really knows his stuff. He actually took the time to evaluate everything thoroughly and put together a treatment plan that finally makes sense for my situation instead of just rushing me through the process. You can tell he genuinely understands pain management and cares about getting patients real results. Also a huge shout out to Bethany at the front desk. If you have to go to Pain management and are actually looking for real help with your pain instead of Opioids. I highly recommend them. The doctors and PA’s are excellent. The medical assistants are warm and friendly especially Sheila. As for the front desk the one that sits on the right when you are walking In, is rude and should not be working the front desk anywhere. The other girl is friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend Paincare Florida in Stuart.
