Showed up for my epidural; my husband and I both taking time off work to find out Chelsey the ARNP never advised me to stop taking blood thinners. My appt was cancelled and then need a form filled by my PCP and rescheduled for 2 weeks later. So we have to take more time off work and I’m left to suffer for 2 more weeks in pain. But the scarier part is the NP not reviewing my medications. That is a huge medication error that should never happen!

Very disappointed with my experience at Pain Care Florida in Stuart. I waited over a week for my appointment, arranged my schedule, and took time off work to be there. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been canceled and that they had called to notify me. However, I never received a phone call, voicemail, email, or any other communication about the cancellation. After a pretty poor experience elsewhere, I can honestly say Dr. Lavine at PainCare Florida in Stuart really knows his stuff. He actually took the time to evaluate everything thoroughly and put together a treatment plan that finally makes sense for my situation instead of just rushing me through the process.
