I was trying to find out if Resolute carried snake anti-venom in the event of a rattlesnake bite. I was given (and tried) four separate phone numbers, none of which was able to give me an answer. I know that Christus does, so they will be my first choice. I'm suspect of an organization that can't get a basic question like this answered.
We went in right before Christmas to have an xray done on my 4 yr old son, his pediatrician sent us over so they could check for pneumonia. As soon as we went in through the ER we were seen. It seemed like we were the only ones in there once we got to our room. Dr. De Los Santos was constantly checking in and speaking with us. His whole team came in & introduced themselves, my son felt pretty special. We were in & out in about 4 hours.
