The staff are friendly here and helpful, overall a decent experience getting the machine here.
I am totally unhappy with their service.i had to wait a week for the appointment to get the equipment but when I went to pick the device, they didn't have it.they even don't keep spares.the office staff even didn't bother calling me to let me know that the device was unavailable
Absolutely horrible staff. Attended the centre twice both times waited for over 20 mins and no staff attended. Terrible customer service.
I was totally impressed with your staff Karen that she is so helpful and patient in explaining to me how to operate the newly purchased machine thoroughly. Moreover, she initiated providing with additional information of the procedures to run and maintain the machine for maximum efficiency. Such a polite and customer focus lady that no doubt she is a great asset of your shop.
I was completely impressed with leo's professionalism and customer service the company should hire more staff like him
