My experience was exceptional at resmed parramatta. Great customer service from sresti (hope I got close with the spelling). She is a real gem - you should keep her at all costs - a real brand ambassador.

Terrible customer service. My appointment was booked for 11am on a Monday. At 1:44pm Sunday they emailed me a questionnaire expecting me “to complete prior to my appointment or it will be rescheduled.” How do they expect seniors & elderlies without tech skills to do this with minimal notice? Then when they handed me the home testing kit, all the thin chords were tangled up. How do they expect elderlies with lower dexterity to untangle these? Then came the telephone consult. Should’ve checked the reviews. Came in to get a sleep study kit and the person was more focussed on booking an appointment to buy a machine than checking my kit was in working order. Was given faulty equipment with error codes that the wrist pulse oximeter couldn’t detect a connected finger boot, so wasted a night, with no clinical support. Asked when it was last checked but was told it worked for the last person but wouldn’t say when that was. Poor customer service if you ask to speak to a Mandarin speaking consultant. I asked to speak to a Mandarin speaking person so my father could understand the conversation..then was told the difference between model 10 and model 11 was model 11 being a newer machine like how iPhone 11 compared to iPhone 10. Had to probe several times to find out what the difference was between models. Further staff development is definitely required.

I was referred here for sleep study. Appointment was made promptly, was asked to come and collect the instrument on the day. Received the Docusign form to fill all the details and with a question about reason for not opting for the technician service for setup the m/c at home. Well, I was not given this option. On the appointment day, it was quick and provided with an instruction manual, QR code to watch video to setup. It was neither hard nor easy to set it up, video did helped.
