This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from healthcare professionals. I visited three separate times to try out the machine and masks, and each time I was assisted by a different staff member — yet the service remained consistently poor. I purchased a CPAP device from ResMed under their 30-day money-back guarantee, believing it was a risk-free trial. However, what they don’t make clear upfront is that you have to pay for return shipping unless you can physically return it to a ResMed store. Agree with the terrible after sales support. You can't call the store direct to get help, you need to call a central number and sit on hold forever, only to be transferred to the store answering machine telling you they'll call you back when they have time. Drove in myself to find the store empty (?!). Go around these guys. They add no value. You can get much cheaper Resmed products online and also look at the alternatives to the Resmed brand. No need to pay top dollar to have your day wasted.

I brought my Resmed machine into the store today as I had an issue with the way it was running. The staff member that served me suggested that they send off my machine to be checked out and offered that I could hire another machine while my getting repaired. The staff here were great and if you are having sleeping issues drop in and find out if the cpap machines can help you out. Thanks once again for the great service I received today.
