Me and dad Vince were so happy with the service, the girls here were so friendly and professional
Agree with the terrible after sales support. You can't call the store direct to get help, you need to call a central number and sit on hold forever, only to be transferred to the store answering machine telling you they'll call you back when they have time. Drove in myself to find the store empty (?!). Go around these guys. They add no value. You can get much cheaper Resmed products online and also look at the alternatives to the Resmed brand. No need to pay top dollar to have your day wasted.
I brought my Resmed machine into the store today as I had an issue with the way it was running. The staff member that served me suggested that they send off my machine to be checked out and offered that I could hire another machine while my getting repaired. The staff here were great and if you are having sleeping issues drop in and find out if the cpap machines can help you out. Thanks once again for the great service I received today.
Few months ago, my husband needed to try new masks.The service that Resmed offer is fantastic. You buy what you think or been advice for you and if it's not suitable you have 30 days for an exchange or A full refund !! The staff was very helpful and we were very happy...Few weeks ago , it was my turn to buy A cpap machine..I didn't hesitate, I went back there and again the ladys were all very nice, kind, patient and helpful.
