So easy. Thankyou guys. I got my first ResMed10 Elite three years ago, I've replaced the mask and filters since then, but that's about all. That original shop in Bundoora (different franchise) closed, so I was feeling a bit lost. I needed a new mask and wanted a new machine, just to feel more secure. If you want to be treated like absolute garbage on every visit and feel like you are interrupting reception and made to wait until they have finished sharing photos from the weekend this the place for you. Want any information about what to expect from the service? How to use the functions on the device? Fit a mask? Or even what your results were and what that means for your health - go fish! This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from healthcare professionals. I visited three separate times to try out the machine and masks, and each time I was assisted by a different staff member — yet the service remained consistently poor. I purchased a CPAP device from ResMed under their 30-day money-back guarantee, believing it was a risk-free trial. However, what they don’t make clear upfront is that you have to pay for return shipping unless you can physically return it to a ResMed store.
