We initially visited the Parramatta branch for my dad's sleep study and subsequently purchased his CPAP machine there. Unfortunately, the service we received from the branch manager name Catalina/Carolina wasn't particularly helpful, as many of our questions went unanswered and we left feeling unsure about the setup.
