One of the staff, Catalina i think was the name was rude. Good riddance she was not the one who assisted me.
Was one of 4 waiting while overworked young woman was serving a couple. There were staff out the back doing who knows what and I was not very impressed as 2 ladies came to the front door saw the situation and didn’t bother coming in. Resmed kept me waiting ages.I won’t be coming back either. There’s got to be other places to go for sleep apnea equipment
I had a great experience a few weeks ago.I needed to upgrade from my old S9 resmed cpap machine I had for about 13 years. I made a booking and went to the store .I walked in straight away was served by Jimmy who gave me great advice. He thoroughly checked my old machine and download reports which he emailed me also.Jimmy went through my yearly results and explained well how my sleep health is tracking. We initially visited the Parramatta branch for my dad's sleep study and subsequently purchased his CPAP machine there. Unfortunately, the service we received from the branch manager name Catalina/Carolina wasn't particularly helpful, as many of our questions went unanswered and we left feeling unsure about the setup. Incredibly rude staff who take any chance to get out of doing their job. All look miserable when speaking with customers. Will never come here again
