Extremely helpful and genuinely caring service I had an excellent experience at ResMed Kogarah. Gladys was incredibly helpful — she sat down with me, took her time, and explained everything clearly and patiently. Was one of 4 waiting while overworked young woman was serving a couple. There were staff out the back doing who knows what and I was not very impressed as 2 ladies came to the front door saw the situation and didn’t bother coming in. I won’t be coming back either. There’s got to be other places to go for sleep apnea equipment
Make sure you call ahead. This store doesn’t mind doing half days. Don’t believe the posted trading hours at all.
Customer service definitely needs improvement. Unnecessary long waits.
Customer service needs to align with RMD corporate support. Also for customer experience need more inclusive sizes to trial, currently lacking smaller sizes for trials.
