Wendy has been outstanding with her service. She definitely is very experienced in cpap industry. Before this, I was having a hard time finding a right mask that fits well especially for me, Asian with flatter face frame and smaller nose. Do see her if you can!
The girls at the Campbelltown Location, named Beth and Ritika, were amazing. They both had great knowledge of what was being asked when buying my husbands new cpap machine 😁 Thank you girls, we shall be back to see your beautiful faces and amazing customer service!
Went to Campbelltown resmed store as I got a new mask that was leaking..was told to try a memory foam one. Tried to explain to the staff member that when I did the run fit I was getting mask leaks and using it two nights in a row same result. Staff member said I don’t even know what that feature does. Was not allowed to try any masks on to get correctly fitted and just told “ well it might leak a lot but it’s better than having no coal at all”.
