Went to Campbelltown resmed store as I got a new mask that was leaking..was told to try a memory foam one. Tried to explain to the staff member that when I did the run fit I was getting mask leaks and using it two nights in a row same result. Staff member said I don’t even know what that feature does. Was not allowed to try any masks on to get correctly fitted and just told “ well it might leak a lot but it’s better than having no coal at all”. Poor customer service… the old lady was bit rude… bossy attitude.
Went today to enquire about a machine, Wendy was very helpful, she knew what she was talking about Just a tip for customers, book an appointment before you visit, because we were told by the contact centre just to head to the campbelltown store, best not to do that, always call and book an appointment, especially if you need to a hire a machine, because they might not have it available as customers may not havr returned the machines back when required, and also there was only 2 staff members today and alot of customers came ... read more
Had a great experience with Wendy from ResMed. She patiently helped me troubleshoot the CPAP machine, explained the dos and don’ts, maintenance tips, and answered all my queries clearly. Kudos to ResMed for having such dedicated staff who go the extra mile to support customers. Truly appreciated!
