Lindsay is lovely & explained everything I need to know about hiring a c pap machine & masks. I have found Resmed in Campbelltown to be very helpful & caring for a first time user like me. I highly recommend them.
Called in to get a basic part for a resmed and spoke to the Indian guy. He was less than useless if that's even possible. Told me to bring in my machine so they can send it away and have tech check it out leaving me with no cpap machine (a medical device) for weeks. I tried to explain that this device needs to be used every night he was just dumbfounded 🤦♂️. He was rude, arrogant, ignorant and didn't know the first thing about customer service even though that's his job description. He wanted me to buy another machine inst... read more

Wendy has been outstanding with her service. She definitely is very experienced in cpap industry. Before this, I was having a hard time finding a right mask that fits well especially for me, Asian with flatter face frame and smaller nose. Do see her if you can!
