Kelly always brings the vibes and encourages everyone to go hard and have a good time at their workout. The spin classes, HIIT, and barre are all equally as good (there is something for everyone). In addition to the instructors, everyone who works at the studio is super kind and welcoming. And there’s free chips and guac on cinco de mayo. 10/10 studio highly recommend

4/30/25 UPDATE: You’ll be pleased to know that Resistance Cylce is still THE PREMIER place to be! And, it isn’t just for the ass-kicking, confidence building, strength gaining spin classes. Oh no! Kelly and her staff of coaches provide so much more! There are strength classes (AKA Train), there are Barre classes, there are Spin & Strength (AKA CycleTrain) classes. I had my pre-wedding spin class here back in May 2025 and it was amazing. Sam was the perfect instructor - my friends still talk about how great she was and how fun they had in the class. 3 of my friends were pregnant, some had never done spin before and Sam handled all of it! The admin I worked with were super responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend

This is my first time trying a barre class and Kelly was amazing and made it fun and motivated us the whole time! Just bought a membership due to loving her classes!

You won’t find a better workout in Baltimore! It’s not just your average spin class or barre class. And did I mention Train class?…that hits different. Kelly and her crew push you to be your best!
