I had my pre-wedding spin class here back in May 2025 and it was amazing. Sam was the perfect instructor - my friends still talk about how great she was and how fun they had in the class. 3 of my friends were pregnant, some had never done spin before and Sam handled all of it! The admin I worked with were super responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend
4/30/25 UPDATE: You’ll be pleased to know that Resistance Cylce is still THE PREMIER place to be! And, it isn’t just for the ass-kicking, confidence building, strength gaining spin classes. Oh no! Kelly and her staff of coaches provide so much more! There are strength classes (AKA Train), there are Barre classes, there are Spin & Strength (AKA CycleTrain) classes. Great class! Very helpful and accommodative for new people in helping you get all set up. They make it very easy and inviting for people. Complimentary parking in the garage right there is nice too.
The Resistance family always brings the BEST energy, even on the gloomiest of days! Kelly & her team got me to fall in love with spin classes all over again! Highly recommend checking out this studio, you won’t regret it!!!
