The Resistance family always brings the BEST energy, even on the gloomiest of days! Kelly & her team got me to fall in love with spin classes all over again! Highly recommend checking out this studio, you won’t regret it!!!
Resistance is the most inclusive, uplifting fitness studio I have ever experienced. I look forward to every class and am so thankful to all the instructors for always making it the best time!
Took my first ever spin class at Resistance and had a very positive experience! Everyone there is so welcoming and the environment is so energetic. 4/30/25 UPDATE: You’ll be pleased to know that Resistance Cylce is still THE PREMIER place to be! And, it isn’t just for the ass-kicking, confidence building, strength gaining spin classes. Oh no! Kelly and her staff of coaches provide so much more! There are strength classes (AKA Train), there are Barre classes, there are Spin & Strength (AKA CycleTrain) classes.
