It is not hyperbole to say that Dr. Cooper (or Dr. Ar’neka as she likes to be called) changed my life. Dr. Ar’neka’s is so much more that a chiropractor. Her approach combines the best of chiropractic, PT and myofascial therapy to get at the root causes of pain. These are usually a combination of muscle weakness AND inflexibility. I had chronic hip and oblique muscle group pain that no amount of massage, self-care, or physical therapy resolved. Dr.Ar’neka performed the most comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation I’ve ever ... read more

I love going to Resilient Spine and getting an adjustment by Dr. Ar’neka. I couldn’t recommend her enough she will manually work on any areas of my body that are tight, causing me pain or discomfort before adjusting them back into place. As well as recommend some exercises or stretches if needed to help with said areas. I’ve been to chiropractors before were I go in and they adjust everything for 5 min and I leave. Dr. Ar’neka has more of a well rounded approach to her practice and longer sessions so you can really feel resu... read more

Dr. Ar’neka is awesome! Her understanding of body mechanics far exceeds anyone that I have ever worked with. She’s like a combination of a chiropractor and physical therapist. I started seeing her because I started developing low back making it hard to bend over. I also have an old head and neck injury that’s affected my quality of life for over 20 years. Before finding her, I saw so many specialists—neurologists, osteopaths, physical therapists, naturopaths, Bowen therapists, and chiropractors—but nothing worked the way her... read more

I had been experiencing persistent pain in my knees and leg for nearly a year, which first became noticeable after going out dancing in high heels. As a dance teacher in my early 40s, I found this especially frustrating. I sought help from many doctors who insultingly suggested that I was just too old to wear high heels or lose weight, despite being reasonably fit and not overweight. After going to physical therapy, I learned the issues stemmed from a lack of core strength and tightness in my hips, which was somewhat hidden ... read more

When I first came to Dr. Ar’Neka, I was in terrible pain and could barely move after injuring my back. Even after just one session, I felt a noticeable difference. She is truly unlike any other chiropractor I’ve seen, I swear she has X-ray vision and can pinpoint exactly where the pain is coming from and what’s causing it. Her combination of manual massage and chiropractic adjustments addresses the root of the issue, and she goes a step further by providing personalized at home exercises to strengthen the weak areas, so the ... read more
