I was dealing with some tingling in my upper back as well as persistent lower back pain last year. I had met Dr. Ar’neka at a mobility workshop at my yoga studio and she was super helpful and explained things very well during the workshop so I reached out to her to see if she could help me. I had been to a couple chiropractors in the past but Dr. Ar’neka’s way of addressing issues was very unique! I felt like past chiropractors took me through a standard adjustment session whereas Dr. Ar’neka customizes the session to what i... read more

Before I came to see Dr. Arneka I was living with daily pain in my hip and back upon waking up. I’m a therapist and sitting for multiple sessions per day at work was intolerable; I’m also a pretty active person but was unable to do yoga, hike or walk for more than a block or two. I was seeing a provider for traditional PT at the time that my pain and functioning worsened and it was clear that my provider didn’t really know what to do to help me. I spent months trying to figure out how to get out of pain on my own but nothing... read more

After bilateral hip replacements the usual physical therapy wasn't working for me as a very active person. Dr. Ar'Neka changed all that. I am now stronger, more functionally fit, and have regained the confidence that was missing after my procedures and subsequent usual physical therapy sessions. Now I feel great, better than I have in a very long time, and am doing things I was told I wouldn't ever do again. Highly recommend Dr. Ar'Neka and Resilient Spine.

Dr. Ar’neka is incredible and I can't recommend her enough! She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and was able to pin point the cause of my hip issues that had been causing me pain for years. My hip pain, which I thought I was going to have to live with for the rest of my life is now completely gone thanks to both all the work she did during my appointments and also the stretching and stretching exercises she had me do at home. She was very flexible with my busy schedule and it was always wonderful chatting with her ... read more

It is not hyperbole to say that Dr. Cooper (or Dr. Ar’neka as she likes to be called) changed my life. Dr. Ar’neka’s is so much more that a chiropractor. Her approach combines the best of chiropractic, PT and myofascial therapy to get at the root causes of pain. These are usually a combination of muscle weakness AND inflexibility. I had chronic hip and oblique muscle group pain that no amount of massage, self-care, or physical therapy resolved. Dr.Ar’neka performed the most comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation I’ve ever ... read more
