It floors me to see so many one star reviews. Those are reserved for places that did things like scam you for thousands of dollars or introduce you to a cult....so, scientology really. Take every 1 star review here and bump it up to 3 because they're all basically people being irritable about something and it more accurately reflects "I didnt enjoy my experience but they were competent" and you'll get a more accurate picture of the place. I've managed to avoid another hospitalization for any serious depression episode for nearly ten years. Ashley has directed my continued good mental health and integrative care. I am forever grateful and highly recommend her.
I have been in the medical profession for 20 years in psychiatry, and Emergency situations where empathy and compassion are held to actual standards. I have never been disrespected or treated as poorly as a patient in the way this practice and specifically the NP provider has. Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone or portal messages. They knew I was seeking diagnostic testing and do not offer it yet accepted an appointment, likely just to bill me. Then, after asking personal questions and repeating very basic ideas around mental health, the practitioner said "because you waited so long for care, we cannot diagnose you. Because you delayed care, we cannot evaluate you" essentially blaming me for not being able to provide the service I was clear in my thorough paperwork I was seeking.Very discouraging and frustrating.
