It is impossible to speak to live person to make an appointment. Someone texts appointment times but never confirms appointments. This office has canceled my appointments 2 times in a row with no notice. I tried again to make an appointment this month and once again I got no confirmation an appointment was even made until I called again and as I was leaving a message I get an automated text. The staff is phenomenal. They have many healing options available. I made my first appointment, with talk therapy along with medication, they have helped me through a really hard time in my life. And my symptoms have improved drastically for the better. I've experienced PTSD,Anxiety and depression. "Healing takes courage, and we all have courage, even if we have to dig a little to find it." After being in this town for many years and being constantly disappointed with the lack of consistent and or quality of care, I am so happy and relieved to have finally found the answer to my prayers. Once great. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for quality psychiatric services. It’s not going to be here.
I honestly debated leaving this but I just feel so frustrated and abandoned by Kailee Merryfield.. So I take a daily SSRI and I only had a couple left when my refill got denied absolutely with no warning. I tried calling to figure out what was going on but I didn’t hear back for days. Because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to get my prescription refilled, I had to go "cold turkey," which led to some pretty horrible withdrawals..
