I can not in good conscience recommend this place to anyone suffering with mental illness. This is the very first negative review I've ever written for any company, but I feel compelled to warn others of the horrific experience i had with this practice. I am very disappointed with the practice after having no issues and now going through issues that need to be addressed right away and not getting the care needed. I have had my appointments cancelled 3 times in the last 3 weeks. The last appointment they cancelled they text me and tried to explain why but did not offer to try to get me an appointment sooner that was not going to get cancelled and I feel like I was just a number and not a patient in need to help asap. It is impossible to speak to live person to make an appointment. Someone texts appointment times but never confirms appointments. This office has canceled my appointments 2 times in a row with no notice. I tried again to make an appointment this month and once again I got no confirmation an appointment was even made until I called again and as I was leaving a message I get an automated text.
