This place needs a front staff PURGE. It is pathetically ironic that this is a psychiatric office called Resilient Minds yet you have front staff with ZERO compassion and NASTY attitudes. Disgusting honestly. Can you imagine being a person that has gone through more than anyone can imagine and being told "I don't know what to tell you" by little girls I'M SORRY BUT WHAT.... PURGE YOUR FRONT STAFF BEFORE YOU LOSE MORE BUSINESS THAN YOU ALREADY HAVE. IT'S DISGUSTING HOW PEOPLE ARE TREATED BY THEM.
Heather wanted to wean my granddaughter off some of her meds but instead of weaning she took her off medication cold turkey causing a severe manic episode for her. Would not even talk to us unless we paid $35 for a telehealth visit for her mistake! Would not recommend her to treat anyone. Her lack of care really cost my granddaughter some really hard days. No one deserves that kind of treatment!
Somehow it’s $748 to see this doctor! Beware!
