I called a week ago at the urging of my therapist, as I’m in urgent need of medications. I also filled out the online chat form, which cancels out as soon as you get to the question about the name of your therapist so there’s no way to know if the form is being received. I called today to find out why I haven’t heard from anyone in a week and was told only one woman responds to voicemails and she only responds to them in order (only about 20 per day are replied to, she said) and that can take a week (keep in mind I called a ... read more
Although it can be difficult to touch base with the front desk staff to make or change appointments, the care you receive once you have an appointment is amazing. I have never had to sit and wait for any ridiculous amount of time. Gail is very friendly and engaging. She never makes me feel judged or dismissed for anything that I share with her.

I really love this place. They meet my needs and help me find options they may not be able to help me with specifically here. Going to see a psychiatrist in the past has been daunting but I actually enjoy coming here. The front desk employees are so kind! My daughter sees Naomi and we absolutely love her! She really listens to what i as the parent have to say and what my daughter also has to say and how they feel. I see Gail and she also listens to the things I have to say and how I feel.
