They cancelled our appointment out of blue, we waited for 6 months and there was no communication. We waited longer as they suggested it’s better both parents attend ( my husband was away) then we let others have the spot a month later they said no longer can help us. It was upsetting as I tried to reach out but they just ignored me specially when there was no reason and they knew we really needed the help.
