July, 29, 2026 Updated Review I've been going to Resilient Human Performance (RHP) for almost two years, and as I celebrate my 78th birthday next week, I can honestly say we could not have chosen a better place to work out. I underwent quadruple bypass heart surgery three years ago. Before that, I could barely walk up a flight of stairs. After training at the Resilient Human Performance gym, I now walk 2 miles a day. Last winter while in Hawaii, I walked from Waikiki Beach to the top of Diamond Head — a 6-mile roundtrip. Aaron, Uno and the rest of the crew at RHP have helped turn my health around.

Went to this gym because of chronic back pain. They taught me some easy exercises to relieve the pain, and it worked! Now I am going because I'm in my 60s and want to maintain lean muscle mass. Great personalized trainers are there to help and keep me motivated. Family friendly setting for all ages.

The staff at RHP are awesome. After sustaining a shoulder injury last year, they pivoted my trainings to meet my immediate needs while still being able to focus on my long-term goals. If you are looking for a gym that focuses on you the individual, this is the place.
