I have gone here a few times for counseling. I have seen so much caring love from all of the employees doing daily above and beyond. These people all need PAY RAISES as they're helping to save the planet with LOVE!!!
A caseworker there challenged me to a fight at his office... I filed a complaint with Mercycare, and superior there; also asked to be transferred... All transfer paperwork was filled out... In the mean time they played goodie two shoes for abour a month giving me bus pass, and food boxes... Then they stopped giving me meds, and stopped answering, and returning my calls for assistance... Feeling trapped and is a very long waiting game. Having to fight for my rights consistently. And, other clients try to smoke all of my cigarettes and get money from me.
