I switched over from Terros 3 months ago, and I went from bad to worse... Not a friendly staff... They finally set up an interview, and promise better service... Instead I get no call backs for a month and a half... Then a caseworker calls, and leaves me a message,"If you need anything call me..." I've called 3 times, and left a message... No one has called me back in over a month... Just silence on their end... I'm gonna report to AHCSS that they are getting free money without attempting to assist me in any area...
