The staff seem to be there for a paycheck and to chat with their coworkers. Don't expect speedy service. 3 stars even though I want to rate them with less. I see the worse reviews 6-9 months ago so I respect their slight improvement. I get my meds and get to have a conversation with my provider. 3/5.
I work in the field on top of being an active patient at my SMI clinic and here are the few things that still make resilient Health number one in my book. Almost every case manager that I have met with has done some form of amazing services for me. the therapist and peer support specialist have performed excellent group facilitating here. They just started a divorce group here which is great for people who are in recovery and need help navigating life after divorce. and staff treatment patients like people not numbers
They need to bring back Stacy. This new lady at the front desk sucks.
Joe and his team are the absolute best. The team has been very accommodating, helpful, and hospitable.
I love Dr. Lyons. Front desk receptionist when you walk in … not so much. I don’t like to talk bad about people, so I won’t. But Dr. Lyons gets five stars. It’s just hard to get an immediate appointment with her. But she’s an incredible, kind, and caring doctor. The nurse practitioner is super nice. The lady that checks you out is nice. And I like the woman that did my labs. Just that one front desk person isn’t.
Resilient Health has a 3.1 star rating with 47 reviews.
Resilient Health is open now. It will close at 6:00 p.m.
