The staff seem to be there for a paycheck and to chat with their coworkers. Don't expect speedy service. 3 stars even though I want to rate them with less. I see the worse reviews 6-9 months ago so I respect their slight improvement. I get my meds and get to have a conversation with my provider. 3/5.
Good experience
I changed my s core because i really like my new case worker danny. i feel he cares n supports me like a counseler slash case worjer should. Eve b though housing authority still tears at me i feel housing is gonna finally be safe.over all they are new and growing so as a client be educated on your treatment and plan and most of all the services u could get.....they ended up playing me and backing the housing to make me homeless. My case manager James was amazing, really the best of the best. But the psych NP’s were not great. They hardly listened and barely lasted a short time before leaving, so never really got to know me or what worked / didn’t work.
I don't like the fact that since I have started getting services from here about 3 years ago I have probably had about 4-5 new case managers. The last one I had placed me in a residential rehab program where my roommate threatened me on my second day. Then the staff started yelling at me for raising my voice, which I was only raising it because she had just threatened me. Then the staff from the rehab told me to pack my shit and leave.
