The truth is hard to share. My family of 5 have had encounters with dentists in the past but this place ( Resilient Dental Lounge) is way out too much. The consistency they have is my biggest surprise. I walked in without appointment with an EXCRUCIATING pain in my molar that was badly infected because I ignored a broken took for a while. As new patient, my daughter and myself, the services was beyond expectational. Dr. Loyd and his team did a great job. They were patient and explained in details about maintaining dental health. Dr. Davis was remarkable in breaking down details when it came to payments and insurance. The dental office was welcoming and nice to everyone.
As a new DFW transplant, I was in search of new dentist, and Dr. Loyd and his amazing staff did not disappoint. From the warm greeting by the office manager, thorough and informative service of the dental hygienist, dental assistant, and Dr. Loyd, to the amazing and tranquil design aesthetics of the office (speaking as an interior decorator business owner) my overall experience was wonderful. I definitely recommend Resilient Dental Lounge for all of your dental needs.
This is the best dental office I've had the privilege to go to for treatment. The love and attention they give surpassed any expectations I could have had. They are very professional, friendly & both Dentists were amazing. I absolutely love how they take their time to go over the exam & treatment plan.
