I had an excellent experience at Resilient Dental from start to finish. The receptionist was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free! The hygienist was professional and thorough, explaining each step of the cleaning process and ensuring I was comfortable the entire time. Loved getting to come to Resilient Dental Lounge for the first time as a new patient. The office is very warm & welcoming - as well as the staff. Before my cleaning, I got X-rays & the doctor performed my exam. He was able to bring up my X-rays on the mounted tv screen in my stall & talk me through areas of concern & to watch for, even though I need no immediate treatment. Looking forward to coming back for whitening & aligners to improve my bite & teeth appearance.
Resilient Dental Lounge and crew are very welcoming and accommodating. From the start, booking an initial consultation, Dr. Davis was very transparent about the office operations with such a darling demeanor and fun sense of humor. At the initial visit, the assistant, Gabby, so patient and thorough, making sure I was comfortable as she documented my teeth, retaking as needed to ensure the images were clear and crisp. We were greeted very warmly when we entered the office. The staff was friendly, considerate, and prompt. The performed the necessary procedures, then went over everything with us before moving forward. They presented us with the amount our insurance covered and what we would need to pay and offered to let us spread the treatments out a bit. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a good dentist.
Trust worthy dentist! My old dentist told me every time I needed to get another root canal but he looked at it and explained to me it’s nothing wrong and showed me what would be wrong if I needed one. Clean facility, nice people and when you walk in you’re greeted with a very warm welcome and a big smile! 10/10 would recommend!
