I have done these exercises since 1997. Because of this, no one guesses that I am 89 years old. I still play golf and do my exercises every day. I still get a new menu every 6 months. They are the best!
@ 72 years old , I am Pain free without using any kind of pain relief pills. I still waterski climb run and jump. I work burning over 3000 calories a day. Resilient Align Pain Solutions has helped me for the last few years when I've had different pain issues. Carson is very friendly and understanding to my situations. He has put together exercise plans that have improved my posture and gotten rid of so much of my pain. This has been a far better solution for me instead of taking pills or shots for the pain like I had done in the past. I am able to do the exercises at home or when I travel. I highly recommend this place.
