Excellent Staff!! The owner Alicia is very passionate about Mental Health and helping her clients get the care they deserve. Cynthia has the best SMILE & can make anyone feel welcome. Brianna is amazing with the kids!! Nicole is someone I'd trust with a youth on the spectrum. Couldn't say more how much amazing this team is!
The caring, compassion, and the availability are three things that have made Resiliency Center a wonderful place for our kiddo. She has a fantastic therapist that paired well and the trust was established pretty early on. Would recommend!
The administrative staff was helpful with explaining benefits and I was able to get connected to a therapist that fit my needs.
I met Alicia when she referred a client to us that moved out of state. Her follow-up contact and coordination of care was impressive, and showed she wanted to make sure her client would continue to receive excellent care. I will definitely refer clients to her if I have any moving to Ohio!!
