Kate, a co-owner of Resiliency and Health Institute, is by far the best therapist I’ve had the opportunity to work with. She is open minded, compassionate, understanding, while also willing to challenge you in order to become your best self. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kate, a therapist who specializes in somatic work. From the moment I met her, I felt at ease and was comfortable sharing my experiences with her. I had a terrible experience here. This place gives you "therapists" that are actually interns who will leave for sabbatical within a few months. I was not informed of this until my therapist up and left. This happened to me TWICE here. This place is not straightforward when it comes to who you're getting as a "therapist". If I knew I wasn't going to be given a permanent therapist, I would have gone elsewhere.
