We have been with RN almost 6 yrs (2 children with diff start times). There are not enough words to explain my gratitude for all they have done for our family. I have one child no longer in treatment and has been remedy free for 2 yrs and another on his way. My oldest just finished his first semester in college and made the deans list! This practice and these clinicians/office managers have truly saved our family. While I give so much credit to them, I have seen some neg comments I would like to address. My son has been a patient for years with this clinic. We have had a good experience with our doctor and the treatment he has received but we have not had a good experience with the clinic's policies and overall customer service. They have a missed appointment policy which I 100% support and you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours. We had something come up years ago and had to cancel an appointment within their 24 hour rule (the 24 hours was over a weekend and apparently we would have had to known about said emerg... read more
We saw Resilience Naturopathic for the treatment of my daughter’s illness of PANS(Pediatric Acute-Onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome) we had gone to many specialists and tried many treatments with no success. Resilience Naturopathic and their knowledgeable staff directly impacted the return of my daughters health. We are forever grateful for all the amazing care that was provided. Our entire family has used them. Without a doubt highly recommend Resilience Naturopathic.
I have worked with RN practitioners for the past 5 years. Dr Roodvoets being the most recent and longest on our case. She has been amazing for both my daughters. She is an empathetic listener & good at asking probing questions to help her pick a remedy. There were times remedies didn’t help but she was diligent & would pick one that was very helpful . My oldest daughter is doing phenomenal, no PANS symptoms and has “graduated” and my other is on her way & doing well too.
They are amazing! They are super sweet and their doctors are super knowledgeable!
