Nicole went above and beyond from me as a patient, she made my visit in front of office a pleasent experience. it takes minimal effort to help someone whos hurt, and she did it effortlessly. Nicole definitely needs to be recognized shes the MVP of the company. The MRI tech was not friendly or patient.

I was having a really bad morning and in tears when I showed up. The woman behind the desk came out and gave me a huge hug. She also watched my daughter when I had my MRI and they watched cartoons and made bracelets. She was so kind and friendly!! My MRI tech was also phenomenal, heard I was having a bad day and gave me a hug too. Both of them were very compassionate and probably the best customer service I have ever received in healthcare (Ive been in healthcare for the last 14 years). I have been here many times for Xrays, MRI'S and CT Scans. Always great staff, fast friendly and almost always on time with the appts. Thank you!!
They changed our appointment to 9 00 check in at 8 30 get there and someone appointment is at 9 00 they tell us we are early and have to wait till 9 30 when a tech gets here this is the worst imaging place you can go to it socks they like to waste your time and they just sit on there butts and the whole time the place is empty they are a joke
