Dr. K and her team are a wonderfully knowledgeable and supportive group that can help you meet your health goals. I came to the clinic seeking support for insomnia. Completing the program showed me that there is no magic bullet solution for my sleep issues but that I have to change my diet and lifestyle to see the improvements I want to see, and the program gave me the tools to do so. I feel empowered knowing that I now have control over whether I have a good night's sleep and my poor sleep does not control me!
