If your African American and in need of a psychiatrist please do not book with Kate Tibbs. She called the police on me because I refused to go to patient intake on our FIRST encounter and walked out of the establishment.

We had our appointment cancelled at the time of the appointment when we were already at the front desk. Billing department is incompetent and their egregious policies allow for patients to be turned away at the time of the appointment because again, their billing department was inept at processing eligibility in a timely manner. My daughter’s clinician, Elsbeth McCormick, has been incredibly amazing. She is a blessing to me and my family and have supported my daughter, myself, and our relationship after experiencing DV and trauma. She has been ally and advocate for my daughter. I can’t say enough how happy we have been with Ms. Elsbeth and Resilience Counseling as a whole. I work in the mental health field as well and constantly refer clients to Resilience 🩷
