Seen Tracey for a few months and counseling was going well. Once our workplace approved sessions ended, we needed our session to be billed through our insurance (BCBS)(according to her and her website she accepts BCBS) We never heard from Tracey again. After numerous text messages and phone calls to the office, still no response or reason given. That was at the end of April. Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
