Overall, I have had a great time through my recovery here. Everyone on staff has been helpful, warm, and welcoming. Group sessions are nice in the way that they are guided to teach new skills, while also allowing for patients to express the things they need to. I recommend Resilience if you are looking to improve your mental health and are ready to take the steps to do so.
Overall this program has been great the community built through group sessions has be helpful and helped me through a time when I wasn't in a good place. All the counselors have a different style which allowed me to see things in very different ways and talked to my primary at least once a week. Helped me get on the medication that I needed and definitely helped me land in a better space.
I have been in this program for around 3 months now and I am happy with my experience. I came at a time when I was scared and also couldn't stop working to do treatment. They have worked with my schedule and are always there to help if I have questions or need it. The flexibility to be able to change your therapy days or do your sessions virtual was vital in my success. My experience at Resilience has been overwhelmingly positive, mostly because of the interactions with the staff and other patients. The staff are professional, diligent, and most of them have gone through the same or similar struggles as the patients they are helping, which makes it a lot easier to connect with them. The reassurance and support that I’ve gotten from the other attendees in group sessions have been invaluable as well.
