This is so hard because this facility genuinely did help me and had good staff working for them, but what they're doing has to be an insurance scam. They lied about being in network for my insurance (they weren’t, and yes I should have looked on my own, but I needed help and I trusted them), and they incorrectly billed my insurance for the incorrect (and more expensive) treatment. I am not one to write a bad review-EVER! But I can’t hold back with this. Please do your research before going here. As someone who has been to several wonderful outpatient programs (linden oaks and silver oaks to name two), Resilience in Willowbrook, I absolutely do NOT recommend. The program has no structure. They combine PHP, IOP and virtual patients. I had an extremely disturbing experience with this facility and strongly advise others to stay away. I called a couple of weeks ago simply to inquire about services. Since then, they have repeatedly called and harassed me even after I clearly requested to be removed from their call list. The calls feel relentless and intrusive. The people contacting me were pushy and aggressive, more like high pressure car sales representatives than healthcare professionals.
