I had an extremely disturbing experience with this facility and strongly advise others to stay away. I called a couple of weeks ago simply to inquire about services. Since then, they have repeatedly called and harassed me even after I clearly requested to be removed from their call list. The calls feel relentless and intrusive. I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with a group of people who seem to only care about your insurance money. If you don’t have enough coverage, they say you won’t get help. They say they care about you, but their actions don’t really show it. It seems like their only concern is your insurance.
