I had a very positive experience with Resilience Behavioral Health. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The staff was compassionate, knowledgeable, and always willing to listen without judgment. They created a safe and supportive environment where healing and personal growth felt possible.
After my insurance and everything they say I still owe outta pocket $23,000 $3,000 without insurance a day for group therapy. I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with a group of people who seem to only care about your insurance money. If you don’t have enough coverage, they say you won’t get help. They say they care about you, but their actions don’t really show it. It seems like their only concern is your insurance. I personally do not recommend this place. I came from Amber Behavioral Health and out of Florida where I had a great experience. Then I landed here, and let’s just say it was the exact opposite. It felt like asking the employees to help me with something was a chore for them. On numerous occasions I would have to call them all day long to be sure my medication was being sent to the pharmacy to be filled on the correct date. Numerous time this didn’t happen. This is so hard because this facility genuinely did help me and had good staff working for them, but what they're doing has to be an insurance scam. They lied about being in network for my insurance (they weren’t, and yes I should have looked on my own, but I needed help and I trusted them), and they incorrectly billed my insurance for the incorrect (and more expensive) treatment.
