Very unprofessional in dealing with my workcover claim. I told them what happened as I wrote a statement and they just blew it off and wanted to sweep it under the carpet. Im trying to get my reports and basically all my file to go over it but they are being very unhelpful. Might be a claim with this treatment and the pain and suffering that goes along with it because Resile is where it all starts for me. Very fast, reliable and friendly team. Didn't have any issues at all, the whole process seamed very streamlined and professional.
I have dealt with the Medicals Team and their service has been impeccable. I can't give them enough star's rating. Extremely helpful, quick with responses and information required and made the whole process so smooth and easy. I highly recommend them.
You should tell all your clients you re not an IME, as in Independent doctor. You get paid by WorkCover and write reports for them. I have seen over 12000 clients and can attest that if you were an IME you would give the report to the patient and offer care to that patient. maybe read this again before seeing more patients: Australian Medical Association (AMA) Code of Ethics and the Medical Board of Australia's 's Good Medical Practice code of conduct.
