RTI HAS CONSISTENTLY CHANGED MY WORKER NOT BEEN TRANSPARENT AND HAVE INTIMIDATED ME VERBALLY MENTAL HEALTH HAS BEEN SUFFERING BECAUSE I'VE ASKED FOLKS WHO WORK IN THE MENDOTA HIEGHTS OFFICE TO LET ME SEE THE FURNITURE HOUSING STIPEND MY HEALTH INSURANCE PAID NO CALLS ME BACK BUT I HAVE MY WORKER ON IT ASAP RTI GIVE ME THE STIPEND MEDICA PAID YOU PLEASE YOU HAVE PUT ME THROUGH ENOUGH ABSCENCES FALSE HOPE AND JUST BEEN INTENTIONAL MENTAL HEALTH TRAUMA. BC

I’ve felt both challenged and valued here, grateful to be part of something that makes a real impact
honestly can’t say enough good things about RTI. the staff here is always super kind and really care about what they do. my brother gets support thru them and we’ve seen such huge improvements over the last year. they take the time to listen and actually get it. place feels like they actually wanna help, not just “do a job”. big shoutout to Kaedyn and Kirsten too—both went above and beyond so many times I lost count lol. 10/10 would recomend to any family needing extra support.
I have lived at RTI before and I loved it and now I'm moving back into the program they are very respectful towards people and very welcome I don't have any bad things about this housing company!! I can't wait to move this Thursday !! They are very understanding and very respectful! Rti is my favorite housing company I’ve been in. When I make a maintenance request they will show up on the next business day! So if you are looking for a nice place give them a call and look at the apartments
