Robin is rude!! I called for information to assist my mother and was transferred to Robin who spoke to me as if I was wrong for asking questions about a process I know nothing about! I thought that was what you do when you do not know something but she spoke so aggressively to me that my mother will not be using this title company at all! First impressions go a long way and theirs was horrible!
