Okay...I had a LOUD noise coming from the heat pump, the technician came out and supposedly serviced and checked everything out, and found nothing, so I took video of the heat pump to show them what it was doing, drew a blank, it was getting worse, the noise and the heat dropped over night to 66 degrees. So...I called in another contractor, he found a bad part in the outside heat pump, the valve was getting stuck between heat and cool mode, and also the heat exchanger inside the house the coils needed cleaned also he is goin... read more
We put in a request after noon on a Sunday (yesterday) and heard back the same day. Dennis arrived within our time slot and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was professional, friendly, and informative. (Our angel!) Having a 2 year old in the home with no ac during this heat wave was scary, but thanks to this company, and Dennis, we are safely cooling off. Thank you, thank you!
