Okay...I had a LOUD noise coming from the heat pump, the technician came out and supposedly serviced and checked everything out, and found nothing, so I took video of the heat pump to show them what it was doing, drew a blank, it was getting worse, the noise and the heat dropped over night to 66 degrees.
