I called Mark in the middle of the busy snow season to secure his services. He was very kind and patient on the phone and then told me our home was not in his service area however he would still love to help. Mark answered my call even when he was busy. Since I was a little bit out of the area he services he called Chad who covers my area for me then called me back to let me know Chad could get there right away and service my house in the future. This was the type of service I strive for as a small business owner for my customers. Chad came right away and was excellent. I am glad to find some excellent service in Union which I just moved into a few months ago.
This is the 2nd year that we were out of town when a major snow came through. Mark was incredibly responsive and cleared our drive so that it didn’t freeze solid. He took the extra step to stay in touch with us so that he could clear the drive again before we arrived home! Thank you Mark!
