There has been poor communication from the get go, from the dumpster not being placed correctly to a broken landscape light, (was anyone going to mention they broke, or hope I didn't notice?), nails on the driveway and sidewalk and cigaret butts on the sidewalk as well, when the dumpster is 10 feet away. Out of the six days since the siding has arrived theres been maybe 18 hours of work done. Scott came out and is aware, hopefully something changes so I can re-review them, but so far it has not been a good experience.
They did a fantastic job in and out. Very professional and clean. I will recommend to friends and family!
They did a fantastic job on replacing our roof!! It was a difficult job on an old house.The work crew was friendly and were always cleaning up after themselves. Will call them again on our next project.

We bought an adjustable pergola from Residential Renovations, and we absolutely could not be happier with the job they did. Salesman **** was very professional and personable, and did not try to talk us into more than we wanted. We finally settled on what we wanted, but later changed our minds and decided to go bigger. When construction manager Walt showed up and we tossed him that curveball, he had no problem adjusting his plans to fit our new requirements. Residential Renovations resided my house and added gutter guards. I've received so many compliments from my neighbors and my house looks so nice. And Scott and Guy went above and beyond to get my old awnings cleaned and repainted...they look brand new. Very satisfied with the job they did and will highly recommend!!!
