I would highly recommend residential renovations for your home remodeling projects. I have had two roofs done by them. great workmanship, the crews were very professional. I should've read the reviews.now going thru them exactly what happen to other quotes happen to my family. Funny exactly an increase of 4500$. Was supposed to get roof done in October, than came November, 2nd week of December. Told us noone had materials. The ice storm the went thru texas was horrific, and they don't make the dye anymore for the colonial Slate or Merlot shingles. Scott is a con man. They pressure you into a work order with all these supposed discounts. Don't fall for it once I noticed he was jacking me I call... read more

Residential Renovations 3 Stars "We signed a sales agreement for a top-of-the-line product (Prodigy) and were willing to pay for that product. Residential Renovations ordered the wrong product, had it delivered and started the job with that product. Fortunately, we noticed their mistake before the product was installed. We were given the option of waiting another four months for Prodigy or accepting the lower quality Monogram product. We chose the Monogram rather than having our house sit for another four months. There has been poor communication from the get go, from the dumpster not being placed correctly to a broken landscape light, (was anyone going to mention they broke, or hope I didn't notice?), nails on the driveway and sidewalk and cigaret butts on the sidewalk as well, when the dumpster is 10 feet away. Out of the six days since the siding has arrived theres been maybe 18 hours of work done. Scott came out and is aware, hopefully something changes so I can re-review them, but so far it has not been a good experience.
