When I first met Rob I thought he was really nice guy and knew what he was doing until after the first job, and that the porch he built was out of square, the stairs were built incorrectly and the stuff on the estimate that was supposed to be installed was missing. Rob is amazing with what he can build. He’s completed several projects at my home to include a complete kitchen remodel, to include all the plumbing and electric work. He built a bookcase with shelves into a wall, installed crown molding around my entire house, and put pavers in my yard. His rates are reasonable. I’ve recommended him to neighbors and friends.
Rob had contacted me after I filled out an online form to get estimates to have my deck replaced. We set up an appointment, but he did not show up. When I texted him, he called an apologized and we set something up for the next day. He again, did not show up or call. If it’s this hard just to get an estimate, makes me wonder what type of ordeal it would have been to have him replace my deck. I understand he’s busy, but a phone call to reschedule again would have taken less than 5 min.
