This was the first year I used Residential Property Maintenance. They handled mowing and mulching, plus spring and fall cleanup. Super pleased with the job they did on everything. Jim is very professional and reliable and responded quickly whenever I had questions. Will definitely use this company again next year!
Jim has taken care of our lawn and snow removal for over a year and his work is always perfect. Residential Property Maintenance Inc. is reliable, affordable, and takes pride in the work they do. They have also been able to help us out a in a pinch with gardening services a previous service didn't complete! Highly recommend!

We have a contract for lawn service with this company. They failed to fulfill his end of the contract and when I called to question the owner about it he got very irate and thing got heated. He is now refusing to fulfill the remaining time or refund for the remaining time. Had to get the BBB involved and he caved . He also can get quite creative with the truth.
