My daughter and 6 other girls, seniors at ***, rented a house from Residential Properties. We each paid an $800 security deposit. Thats a total of $5,600. The day I moved my daughter into the house there was a stench of something Like **** throughout. We did not complain. During the course of the year a faucet broke. The handle of the faucet came loose. It still Worked fine, it was normal use and normal wear and tear. I moved my daughter out on move out day.
