Rafael is incredibly rude and unprofessional. As a prospective tenant for a property I asked him about the parking for a property under his management located on N. Abingdon Street which is ineligible for parking permits issued by the county (making street parking difficult). Rafael stated that he worked with the property for ten years and that he never had a problem with the house, though I was specifically asked about parking in front of the house and nothing additional. Nice, welcoming and respectful - Rafael starts off as everything you'd expect from your Real Estate agent. He told you everything you wanted to hear until you signed the lease, then things changed. Before signing our lease my roommates and I had a concern about a very loose tile in the kitchen. Rafael confirmed that that would be fixed before me moved in. After moving in, discovered that was not the case and when contacting him about it, he replied with "There’s not much else we can do to the tiles in the kitchen." After fin... read more
