Very disappointed. We were looking forward to viewing this rental property with our real estate agent. He tried to make an appointment for us THREE separate times. The listing did not specify any preferred viewing times. We tried for after 5:00 and before 5:00 on weekdays, so we were flexible with timing. Pat Richter was very rude to our agent and clearly did not know how to use the scheduling software. We thought we finally had an appointment, we show up, and the tenant has no clue what’s going on. Pat Richter and Susan Brown (her daughter) are not nice people. They are rude, inattentive, and aggressive. I would not recommend working with this company. The day I found out my landlord was using a new property management company was the best day of my life.
ZERO STARS! This is the most inhumane organization I've ever experienced. Pat Richter is very rude and aggressive. We rented a property for about 3 and 1/2 years and she got angry when we gave notice. We took care of the property and fixed a lot of issues ourselves. There was mold for a long time in our basement which they took their time to replace. Often times when something was wrong and needed to be fixed, her first response was that she didn't know when she could have someone out to fix it and what ask us why it broke. ... read more

She has many years of experience managing properties and has been able to anticipate and avoid or solve problems before we even recognized an issue. STAY AWAY from this company! I agreed with all the previous negative reviews for this property management group and Mrs. Pat Richter personally. We rented one of the property from this group and lived in it for almost 4 years. I had the worse experience of my life dealing with them. They are completely unprofessional in dealing with customer complaints especially when there is any urgent need of it. They put all the expanses on your shoulder.
