I just started using this pool company and they are a great company. I recommend them. Good customer service and they even sent a great Christmas 🎄 card, I mean like a really good one, it even had a disc with Christmas songs. Pictures below 👇. I don't know, for me it matters a lot when a company goes above and beyond to let the customer know they matter.
Dean came out today and got my newly opened pool clean and ready for summer! Thanks for taking the xtra time to make it beautiful! Residential pools is a very friendly and professional company - we really appreciate their great work. My dogs and I can’t wait to start swimming once the shock clears!! True professionals that keep our pool running all summer long! First, when problems happen, and of course they do...it's a pool afterall, they are fast AND they will not oversell a solution. Several times we just needed a small item replaced. Residential Pool has saved us thousands in repairs and they have kept our pool beautiful and functioning. I would highly recommend them.
we've used residential pool service since first owning a pool in 21'. Four seasons later and we've also used them for a resurface and new coping and tile. The service and professionalism has been great.
