Multiple instances of saying they would be there and either coming several hours later than when they said they would or no-showing altogether, without letting me know. Multiple reschedules and time spent running for parts and tools that they knew beforehand they would need. At least twice that office staff had said someone had gone to the technician's house to find him sleeping when he was supposed to be working and more times that office staff said they didn't have any idea where he was.
