Unresponsive irresponsible would never hire them again whenever you need something they’re not available
Candlewood Village uses RMC for their condos' and Mark is our property manager. Mark and RMC have a reputation at our condos for NOT returning calls, or emails when addressing owners needing repairs. You can call/email Mark every day (months have gone by) and he will NEVER REPLY with even a confirmation that , yes he has received your email/call. Huge lack of communication. Months, and months go by before something is fixed and you have to fight for it. I would not recommend RMC for your property.
No response ever no matter the question or information requested.
Horrible response...good luck getting a return phone call or HONEST answer to any questions.
