Their property manager here hired an unlicensed park resident to do plumbing work on our home and when we had a professional come in they refused to reimburse the cost. Their underground plumbing is not up to code and never has been. They lied to county health department representatives and showed pictures of another property in order to maintain their claim that kitchen grease from the residents 2 years ago was the problem. We are now suing them for damages.

Owner doesn't return calls, property manager at our location cashed money orders, and then claims they were lost. We got a threatening letter stating if we don't pay again legal action will be taken . Property is in terrible shape. State inspector is involved .
