Best thing i ever did for my partner Cathy Strike. They came when I needed them the most and were there with her until the very end and stayed with for a little while. Couldn't say more about they are the best in my book. Thanks so much.
Residential was fabulous in caring for my grandmother. Lisa, Breanna, Gina and Linda were compassionate and caring. They treated my grandma as if she was one of their own family members. I would recommend them to anyone!
My mother was on service with Residential Hospice for a week before she passed. Everyone on the team was kind, caring and NEVER seemed to be rushed. Felicity was the first nurse we met who set the bar high. The others who followed her did not disappoint. Becky the CNA didn't just do an excellent job caring for my mother, she taught us some new tricks to help us care for her. Chaplain Douglas made an evening visit and truly took his time with us. This company did not work for us. My father was having breathing issues and I couldn't get a nurse for help after I was assured we could ahold of one right away. I reached several times by pressing different numbers and left a message. I sent a text to the journey counselor to cancel this service. A nurse was supposed to come today. I haven't heard squat from anyone. I don't think they have the staff to provide the services.
