Caring and compassionate workers.Great at their jobs, but sometimes hard to get ahold of.
So far, due to numerous errors I have been unable to schedule appt. Really don't like the fact that they don't answer calls. If you could count on the call being returned it might not be so bad. If we are able to get this service started I might be able to add a few stars to the review.
Very much liked the services they provided!! We especially are greatful for the 2 nurses who cared for my mom. Laine Nornhold & Emily Hibbs. They were wonderful!!!
Absolute nightmare. If you need hospice, stay away from Residential.
